Summary
Full service compliance coverage for a dealership means more than a single audit or a training portal. It should include ongoing auditing, a compliance dashboard, complete training courses, and even physical safety checks like lift inspections, all handled by one provider rather than pieced together from several vendors with gaps between them.
Dortch argues that most compliance companies only cover part of this list, and dealerships often overspend on vendors while treating compliance costs as an afterthought, even as they fight hard over small margins with customers. He positions ARMP as covering the full range, including lift inspections, at a lower cost than competitors, and offers a brief, no-cost walkthrough and price quote for stores wanting to compare what they currently pay against a broader service.

Introducing ARMP as a full-service compliance company
Hi, my name is Terry Dortch, Automotive Risk Management Partners. So we're a compliance company. There's a handful of them out there in the automotive industry, there's a bunch of them for all the different other verticals that exist out there, but there's only a handful in the auto industry. We take special pride in being a full service compliance company. We're going to come in, we're going to do your auditing, we're going to set up a dashboard for you, we're going to provide you with all the training courses, everything that all the compliance companies out there try to do, right? I can tell you right now, there's not one of them that provides you with everything that we have. I mean, we even have someone that can come out and do lift inspections for you. I can guarantee you that none of the other companies out there can do that. They don't have anybody that does it for you.
ARMP's comprehensive offerings versus competitors' costs
We're the only company that really provides A to Z when it comes to compliance. But here's the catch on all of this: we do it for way less than anybody else. And you know what baffles me is this: you guys will sit there and grind and grind a customer for an extra 500 bucks, but when you look at your expense side of the equation, you tend to ignore it.
Call to action for a free presentation
I'm telling you right now, we can provide you a better product for half the money. Please give us a call. It takes 20 minutes for us to come in and give you a presentation, show you a price. What's the cost? Nothing. So why wouldn't you just give us a call and check it out? Information's on the screen. Thanks.
